The Immigration Law Friends Society is a social networking organisation and professional training provider of CPD lectures and conferences for solicitors, barristers and their support teams who work specifically in the immigration, civil liberties and human rights subject areas of law. We provide hi specification immigration law conferences and update lectures in state of the art venues across the UK.
We provide the very best barristers on the London and Manchester circuits to deliver a polished range of lectures which include practical procedures, strategies, tactics and case management tips including the sharpest academic focus on up to the minute case law updates. We provide comprehensive course notes with accomplished and vastly experienced speaker profiles. We provide leading Counsel and QC’s from various Chambers who offer an engaging range of specific lectures covering the complete spectrum of immigration law topics. We invite specialist solicitors and experts to speak as well.
We also provide excellent parties in peachy locations for our members to catch up or network. Our last networking party saw 450 solicitors and barristers from 125 firms and chambers enjoy the main event party of the summer aboard HMS President. We support homeless peoples charities and our last conference donated £1000 to St Mungo’s street living homeless persons outreach unit.
This organisation is run by friends working at all levels of their careers and offers a 360 degree holistic approach to the future of our profession adopted by our team as an ethical core.
The originating ethos of this organisation is that the development of these events is borne out in our friendships created during our arduous commitment to our work. We are called the Immigration Law Friends Society and we would like you to be a part of our national network and share in our commitment to providing an ethical social and training platform for those socially committed and engaged legal professionals.
